A few years ago a kind genealogist gave me a copy of FTM 2006 which I use 
solely for making an all in one chart. Perhaps you could find such a copy.

Creating an all in one chart and be quite difficult. Family Tree Maker 2006 had 
one, but from 2008 onward I believe it has been dropped. I'm also not aware of 
any other family tree program that provides such a report either.
