And for the benefit of those who didn't know before about "quoted names"
I would add that the "quoted name" doesn't have to be part of the actual
given name.  For example, Mary Jane Brown could have her given name
written as Mary Jane "Molly" or John Edward Frederick Smith's quoted
name could be "Johnny" or "Freddy".
