(date of printing) > From the List Report Options Screen select Page Setup and then the Footers tab. Tick one of the Include Options and you can then tick (if it is not already ticked) to Include the date printed. If you don't tick one of the Include Options, the option to include the date is greyed out, but if you don't actually want to include any other text tick the second Include option and delete the words "Produced by Legacy."
