Hello Mr. Ferguson, Each surname has a battery of folders, "Family Records, Census, Birth, Marriage...Photos (with a sub folder for "photos for Legacy". All names are unique -- However, Some are tiff, others are Jpeg. In that regard, there are some files labeled "ABCD.tif and ABCD.jpg". I hope this answers your question.
