it was a polite question, and it wasn't on the world wide web through a Google link it was program based on a program that's just had a major update. I've had this program since version 6 and all the links have worked up until now? It was a question and I asked if someone could help. Mate you really need to lighten up and if I'm asking for help in the wrong place then let me know but don't get snarky yourself. Maybe you should read the LUG rules of etiquette number 1 is "Please keep the tone of messages friendly and helpful. Practice tolerance, avoid sarcasm and remember that we were all beginners at one time." And if I have offended anyone with my reply then I am deeply sorry but It was a legitimate question and I just wanted a simple answer not a telling off!!! Regards Kim
