Appears to be a bug. The Potential Problem Flag does not go away, but the
problem is excluded from the Potential Problems Report.

It appears that this is a known problem – it’s been reported previously.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Potential Problem

I have an individual that has a 'Note' event where the date is before the birth
date.
This shows up as a 'Potential Problem' in the 'Individual's Information' window.
When I mouseover, Legacy reports "event date out of range"
I right click and go to Problems tab and tick the entry for 'Event/fact date
before birth or after death date'.
and I still get the same potential problem.
When I tick ALL of the boxes in the 'Exclude from Potential Problems' window I
still get the same potential problem warning in the 'Individual's Information'
window.
Am I missing something somewhere or is this a bug.

I am using v8.0.0.367
