I can confirm that Legacy 8 does not give you a notification of an update as it should. I have read the problems that others have had and when for fun went to check to see if my Legacy had an update notice for me. It stated that I had the latest up date. I always turn off Legacy when I am done each day. So when I checked for updates it suddenly said that there was a new update two days ago. Had no problem updating from the program after that. But that seems to be a real problem - no notification of update! Barb
