It has nothing whatever to do with number of fixes. The version numbers
are applied automatically when the programmers generate a new copy. Some
are only used by the programmers, others are sent to our Beta test group
and finally the general users get a version. The jump in numbers only
show how many times the program was generated since the previous release.
