Lee, No, Legacy is a Windows program and will only run on a PC. It cannot be installed on an Android o/s. The Legacy website goes into considerable detail with suitable versions of Windows.
Provided that you have Legacy on a PC you can, however, sync. it with an app called Families, available from play Store.
