A friend downloaded the Free version of Legacy while connected to the internet. Later he attempted to install the program while not connected to the internet. The install hung up when it reached the point of ‘updating system configuration.” Even though the program shows as installed in the Control Panel he is unable to start the program and is unable to uninstall it. Question: is it possible to install the downloaded program when not on the internet?
