Most of the replies suggest the relationship Calculator and the chart style report available from that tool. If you want to see how everyone in the database is related to the home person there is the relationships report.
That includes everyone who is related to the home person with their connection to him/her. It includes spouses of blood relations but not the non-blood relationships like "father of wife of great uncle" or "sister-in-law's brother".
