I tried reset and it did in fact reset to default options. I think the problem occurs with the combination of two options -- Don't split children over page breaks and Event Format: Use List Style formatting. Thanks for helping me figure this out.
Am I correct in thinking that List Style formatting is not even an option on this report in Version 8?
