I followed Sherry's directions for how to open a ticket myself. I'm just a bit disappointed in the list that no one would bother to confirm or refute my results. It might take 10 minutes. Am I the only one who cites web addresses as source? I lost several hundred web citations from doing a Check Repair. I had to restore several backups to pinpoint the last good one. I then exported 96 Individuals modified after that point and merged them back in.
I went through a procedure on the Sample.fdb several times trying variations to get consistent results. Finally Geoff followed my procedure and confirmed a problem although his results did vary, possibly due to difference in Sample.fdb. Legacy now crashes a couple times a day. Please don't suggest I do a Check Repair. -- Richard Van Wasshnova On Sun, Sep 28, 2014 at 6:04 AM, Sherry/Support <she...@legacyfamilytree.com> wrote: > My reply was to have him contact Support to work with him.
