Go to Customize> Data Entry Tab and be sure under the _When Adding and Editing information_, the box is unticked next to “Jump to Notes when saving individual” Mary From: Ken Neundorf [mailto:kwn...@gmail.com] This evening the window to add note has started automatically opening when I hit the save button for and individual. Is there a way to make it stop and only open when I want it to.
