Just click on the Create CD icon on the My Toolbar tab (if it's not visible 
click on the very small icon Customize the Toolbar - lower right on the My 
Toolbar menu - and add the Create CD icon to the toolbar).

If Passage Express isn't installed you get the option to install it.

I made a blunder,
                        doing some housekeeping, it appeared I had two copies 
of Passage
Express so I deleted one but it seems to have taken some of the other, and now 
I have
none. It was the free edition and I can't find where to go on the website to 
download
another copy.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
