If you want SHORT citations to print, only /enter/ short
citations.  Or use the Source-writer style.  I gather that
Basic Sources don't deal with ibid or idem or op.cit.

WHY this is true eludes me, but it's the way the program
does things.  Which is why I only enter SHORT citations,
which are annoying enough when repeated 12 times.
