Gedcom doesn't support SourceWriter format. In fact, we've had people on the list who wanted to convert all the sources to basic and using gedcom was recommended by others on the list.
You should not use Gedcom to share files between Legacy - it should only be used for sharing data with others who don't have Legacy (if you can't talk them into getting it <g>) or uploading to websites which require it, like Ancestry. Or if you need to open a file in an earlier version of Legacy.
