Yes, it does occur with a new file. I now know that the problem happens when editing SourceWriter Sources, either the Master OR the Details with an attached picture. Does not happen with Basic Sources.
At first I only knew about Edit Details but more testing exposed the problem in Edit Masters also. The problem does not occur with attached documents like PDFs but does happen with attached pictures like JPG, BMP, PNGs. The problem does not happen if the picture link cannot be found (renamed, moved, deleted, etc.). Seems tied to displaying the picture image.
