Ron, Legacy has bought out Passage Express so we are doing the technical support for the program. Passage Express has a history of conflicting with other programs but this is usually easily solved by simply reinstalling the program. Before you reinstall, reboot your computer and make sure all unnecessary Windows programs are closed.

I have not used the product for some time and decided over the holidays to give it a try. I click on the 'PE/Create CD' icon on my toolbar and almost immediately I get the message 'Passage Express has stopped working'. If I click on the 'Passage Express' icon on my desktop the same thing happens. Does the product need to be installed in the same directory as Legacy? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
