We don't block posters without warning.... To be honest, so few people report problems with posting, compared to the number who are signed up on the list.
I think you can blame it on spammers and all the protocols put in place to prevent spam! We can't get emails through the Problem Report Form when a Yahoo email address is used due to the changes they've made in their headers.....
