Bill, I know about the one where I select the two locations to be combined, but this thread made it sound like there was some internal logic that automatically combined locations. Or maybe I was reading it too late at night? Thx. --Paula

The new location was a birth location. The location that changed was the death and burial location for that person and for everyone using that death location. I know I made a mess of the new entry and edited it a few times as I found out more about the location.
