Priscilla, You enter females using their maiden name. If you select the option to “include married names” on the Name List, you will see them under both names. If you see her name on a document with her married name then you can add it as an AKA. You shouldn’t arbitrarily add someone’s married name to the AKA field unless you have a source for it.
Each person only has one Individual Information page.
