Bob, It isn’t a bug because I was able to download my tree from FS 2 minutes ago with no problem. When you try to download your tree are you getting any sort of error message?
Did you not already have your tree in a Legacy file on your computer? Reinstalling Windows should not have deleted the data file unless you wiped your hard drive first. To answer your other question, the only way to go back to an earlier build is if you do a clean uninstall of the program and if you still have the setup file from an earlier build you can reinstall it. We do not keep the old builds available on the website.
