All this makes no sense to me at all.

Can anyone interpret it, and tell me what, if anything, it has to do with
using Legacy?

"TextDecorationUnderline" -- what is that, and who cares?

Instead of posting meaningless decorations of meaningless text, please post
something meaningful about Legacy!
