You can create a Search List (a subset of the Name List) for people whose Living status is Yes: 1. Click Search on the menu bar and select Find to open the Search window. 2. Click on the Detail Search tab and then set the following 'Primary Conditions': Look for whom? = Individual Where to look = Living How to look = Equal To What to look for = YES You are now ready to create your Search List. 1. Select 'Clear List before this search' and then click Create List. The Search List (a subset of the Name List) will then open.
