I emailed you back 45 minutes ago. The email must be hung up in cyberspace somewhere. I didn’t know you had posted to the LUG list at the same time. It gets confusing when you are trying to handle something in both places. I see now that what I told you to do didn’t work for you. You said you have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. If that doesn’t work, answer the email that I sent you (that you will eventually get) and we will handle it over in support and not on the LUG list.
