My version of Legacy 8.0.0.559 shows all spouses for a child that had multiple marriages. What version are you using?
If you have one person listed twice, it sounds like you have the same person attached twice to a couple. I do not have duplicate children showing. In the lower right corner of the Select a Report Option screen after you have chosen Reports >Family Group, there is a RESET button. You might try doing a Reset, that changes all the options you have set up for the report back to the default settings.
