Send me a screenshot of how you have it set up in FTM to mich...@legacyfamilytree.com <mailto:mich...@legacyfamilytree.com> and not to the LUG list.

So i added cause of death. I added a pic of what iam talking about. It blank if it was blank in ftm. If there info it there. But i can not put or take any info out of that field. In the sources i can list the facts but that all. ----- Original Message ----- From: Michele/Support <mich...@legacyfamilytree.com <mailto:mich...@legacyfamilytree.com> > To: 'Legacy User Group' <legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com <mailto:legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com> > Sent: Wed, 29 Jun 2016 18:51:37 -0000 (UTC) Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Event not showing up You said you entered the cause of death under Burial. Did you add it as a note or?? They use the _DCAUSE and CAUS. It depends on whether or not there is also a death date associated with it. For the cause of death to transfer properly it needs to be entered as a FACT in FTM. Whether FTM used the _DCAUSE or the CAUS tag, Legacy will pick it up properly if it was entered as a FACT. However, if you have entered it in some other way then Legacy may not be able to pick it up.
