Thanks, Jenny - just one small correction to your advice (it perplexed me
awhile): Search, then Find opens a form on which Missing Sources is
available. 
I'm continually impressed by what is available in this software.

Use Search & Replace.  In "Find Where" you will need to select the
appropriate field, beginning "Source..." if the word is included in the
Master Source, or beginning "Citation..." if the word is included in the
Source Details.
