The 1870 Federal Census for one of my ancestors indicates that he was an inhabitant of "St. George's Hundred Subdivision No.9". in New Castle County, Delaware. I'm familiar with the Hundreds and have a map of the Delaware Hundreds from the 1868 state atlas, but can find no reference to subdivisions. I would appreciate any information; a map of the subdivisions would be wonderful!
