View > Scrapbook and click on "Print Media List" It's in the Help file under "Media: List Report"
Depending on the report, you can add caption, description and date - it's not available on all reports because there isn't always room for that information. Click on Report Options on the main report window, go to the Pictures tab, select to include pictures then click on the "Set Regular Picture Options" button (same for Source Pictures), This info is in the Help file if you click on the Help button when you're in the Report Options window.
