Thank you,  I will not be selecting anything just dumping the whole file.
I am not quite sure how to remove the data that is already in the TNG but I
hope its an easy thing to delete.    I have not been following the proper
source policies and so am not too worried about that and all my Media is as
you suggest in one large file.

The last attempt at this some time ago all the data went across properly
but the media did not.    I did not try and fix it at that time due to time
constraints.  I am beginning to regret that as I seem to have forgotten
most of the details of what I did back then.
