Hi Sherry,

I’m well over the 1GB limit and operating fine. Isn’t Legacy written using
Access? I believe it is a limitation of Access which is 2 GB (and you need
some overhead!). I have heard that this 2GB limit can be overcome using SQL
Server. If anyone has information on this I would love to hear about it.

No limit on number of individuals, but there is a file size limit of 1 GB. The
Overflow error is something that you need to contact support about. It could be
due to any number of issues.

Is there a limit to the number of names in Legacy? My mother got an overflow
message and can't open the name list, nor can she get out of Legacy without
using the Task Manager. She has contacted the help desk. I was just looking
for other opinions.
