Unfortunately the Search - Find - Detailed Search Tab: Individual -
Relationship - equal to - Related identifies just about everyone in my
database including all siblings and their wifes and their ancestors, etc.

Do a Detailed Search on Relationship and tag the results.

Search - Find - Detailed Search Tab.

Individual - Relationship - equal to - Related

You might want to start from your brother's children to include his wives
families, though.
