Go to Reports > Scrapbook and select to create the media file list. This reports by the path and file name. Detailed instructions are in the Help file.
There is no way to create a report by individual. That would be very helpful for a lot of people. You may want to submit a suggestion to Legacy. Click on the "Make a Suggestion" link in the Support section of the Legacy Home tab.
