I have a situation where an unmarried girl gave birth. When it was obvious that she was not ready to be a parent, her parents adopted the child, and there was a birth certificate made, showing the grandparents as parents. I think the original birth certificate was destroyed, so it appears that the grandparents were the biological parents, although this is known to be false. How would you enter this information? Biological father is unknown.
