I find the best way is to…. 1. Write down the RIN of all of the Children.(you may forget) 2. Unlink affected children.(right-click) 3. Change family view to reflect correct parents.(click on the side of parent box) 4. Relink children to parents. (change surname if different father) If you are unsure of your work methods, do backups first. For me this works every time. So I added them just to the father (no mother). After research, I have decided they belong to wife #1 (already linked to father). When I try to add mother, I select the option to link to an existing individual (the box title is: add spouse t0). After selecting the correct mother, I receive a box (Duplication) with the message that [mother] is already the wife of [father]. What am I doing wrong? Debbie
