I copied and pasted an online entry into my notes screen for an individual and it looks fine. When I look at that same individual using the Name List, and view notes off to the right for that person, I have this weird note that looks like this << tab>> after each line entry. Must be for some kind of formatting by why does it show only on the name list note screen and not on the individual note screen ?
More to the point, do I need to remove all of those in order to not have them interfere with a merge that I am going to do, and if so, is there a way to do it en-mass or do I have to do it individually ? Lucy M. AbbottMill Creek, Washington, USA
