Check for duplicates frequently. Set birth age range wide. If you have duplicate entries over hours and years of work, you should find them. Then you can merge the records and connect them as required with the merged info.

Currently, if you have notes to merge from two different records, you must copy the notes for each person to notepad or some other program, do your editing, finish the merge, then modify the notes using the saved Notepad file. If you try to append notes from one record to another during the merge, they will be lost.
