Yes, I have followed all those steps. The only difference it makes is that initially the records processed counter gets a little bit further (ie another 5-10,000 records) before the overflow occurs. It’s no big deal since I can create my own MSAccess query whenever I need to generate the media records information I need. For the present, I’d rather Legacy’s programmer resources were allocated and dedicated to getting the big ticket items resolved, eg Mapping or (in the case of my submitted problem) Merging using Drag and Drop. But I’ll happily submit a problem report if someone can guarantee that this problem will be given the very lowest priority 😊 Cheers Alan From: LegacyUserGroup [mailto:legacyusergroup-boun...@legacyusers.com] On Behalf Of Cathy Pinner Sent: Saturday, 24 February 2018 11:53 AM To: Legacy User Group <legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com> Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Documents Alan, Have you done the things in the Support article for Error 6? <http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00206/11/Error-Messages-Problems/Error-6.html> They might help. Also note that Support doesn't control the order of the fixing of bugs and don't do the programming required. So to not contact support about an issue until other things are fixed makes no sense. In Version 9.0.0.209, if I am interpreting the screen correctly, there is no option (ie check box) to select "Source Citation Details" media for all individual or a selected individual. There is a "Source citation details" check box at the bottom of the screen but I thought that was for all source citation details in the family file. If I have an individual selected and the four checkboxes within that section checked AND the "Source citation details" check box at the bottom of the screen UNCHECKED, AND all media types selected, then running the report shows the counter at the bottom of screen reach 221,000 (the number of media records in my file but then gives the message "No pictures were found for the options selected" even though there are media items attached to source citation details for that individual. On the other hand, if I have an individual selected and the four checkboxes within that section checked AND the "Source citation details" check box at the bottom of the screen CHECKED, AND all media types selected, then running the report shows the counter at the bottom of screen reach about 19,000 and then hang until the Error 6: Overflow Message is eventually displayed. It does not allow you to select Media attached to source citation details for a specific individual (As most of my media for an individual is attached to the source citation detail record, this is not very useful) 2 . For anything other than a small report, "Error 6: Overflow, error collecting pictures occurs" (Accordingly I am not able to generate a complete report of all my media files) Alan Thompson Canberra, Australia
