Ian, in February of this year I accepted an upgrade in my subscription to My
Heritage and the charge on my statement was noted “BLS*My Heritage”.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Legacy and My Heritage

I tried to take advantage of the My Heritage offer but got very nervous when
the payment from the Visa went to a strange company. When I queried I was not
given the impression of service I was accustomed to from Legacy.

After several failed attempts to get a proper invoice with the amount and
guarantee of holding the price I once again got nervous.

I sent a request to Legacy to confirm: I asked:

:"

I recently paid for a subscription to Mt Heritage as per the offer in your
news letter.
However things did not go smoothly, to the point that I am now worried
about who I gave my money and credentials to.

So to cut it short, What is the name of the company that is collecting the
Visa payments for My heritage."

The response from Legacy:

"I'm sorry but you would need to contact MyHeritage in regards to this question
because we at Legacy, do not have access to their sales or their accounts with
their users. Their phone in Canada is 1-800-987-9000."

So I am asking here, ( As I do not have Phone service) Did any of you that
signed up to My Heritage, see what the name of the company that took your
credit card info was named? If so please let me know.

Thanks

Ian
