I assume that your Legacy data is intact on one of the hard drives of your 
laptop. 
The simplest thing to do would be to copy your entire Legacy data folder - or 
just the backup ZIP files - to a backup device or to a cloud area (I use the 
free, large-enough OneDrive supplied with Windows). The restore from backup Zip 
or by copying the entire saved folder (first option) is simple enough.
