--- Begin Message ---Hi Brian, The "List Style" formatting is not checked. The problem seems to only be with this one "created Event". I check a different Event that I recreated and it reads fine on reports. The Event reads fine in the Edit Event screen but not in the reports or when it is shared. Thanks, Rita -----Original Message----- From: LegacyUserGroup [mailto:legacyusergroup-boun...@legacyusers.com] On Behalf Of Brian Kelly Sent: Tuesday, June 26, 2018 7:55 AM To: legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Created Events The problem is with your choices for event format in the Report Options. Start the Report Click the Report Options Button Select the Format Tab Click the Event Narrative Format Make sure that this does not have "Use List Style formatting" selected. I tested both reports for a custom event I created for my file and the created event correctly used the sentence style in both the FGR and Individual report. If just changing the option does not correct the problem then use the reset button in the lower right of the report window to reset each report to their default options. Now change the Event Narrative Format to Sentence style if it is not already set.
