Hello, I have Legacy 9 Version: 9.0.0.282. I change the settings by going to options/Customize/ then I go through all the options listed on the left side of screen and set the options I want on the right side then save. My issue is no matter how many times I set the options they are saved for a while, then everything reverts back to Legacy default settings. Legacy also randomly changes where I save my files (I set that option on the Backup screen and not in Options/Customize). And Legacy changes my settings for showing RIN Numbers and showing marriage information back to default where they are not shown.
Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong? I've tried saving using every available setting in the drop down menu at OPTIONS FOR DEFAULT SETTINGS and none of those options keeps the settings from reverting back to default Legacy settings. Thank you, Flora
