I've tried the four steps, carefully, but no luck; on the first line of the report, for the Husband and the Wife, the first line still is 'AKA'; it was un-checked when I arrived at the 'Include' tab. I tried to check it; shut down the program; re-opened it; followed the four steps you prescribed and unchecked the alternate names box; New report appeared the same as the previous report.
