Hello, I'm using Legacy Version 9.0.0.295 and I'm getting the following error: Error Connecting to the Server. Error: 2147213289. The specified password was rejected by the FTP server.
I've been unable to find the error on the Legacy error page online. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this? It appears all of a sudden Legacy is not backing up to the Cloud and I've been backing up without issue since version 9 was released. Thank you, Flora
