Probably NOT the place to ask that question - this list is specifically for how 
to use the Legacy Family Tree genealogy  software.



However ...

There are no KEMP deaths in 1832 in the Victorian BDM - Victoria was not 
declared a separate Colony of England until 1861, so you would need to check 
the NSW (New South Wales) BDM.  Do you know William KEMP's parent's names?

The earliest KEMP death in Victorian BDM are 1846 and 1847.

There are several William KEMP entries there, earliest 1826 (infant). They have 
Registration numbers like

   409/1826 V1826409 10

... where the second number, V1826etc  indicates that it was in what becasme 
the Colony of Victoria.



I did not find any William KEMP deaths between 1825 and 1835, (other than the 
infant, died 1826) in the NSW BDM records.
