Most probably - I have just opened it with Access and there are multiple
references, in multiple tables, to various settings for Options. Not one
that I would want to change without having the Legacy source code and
understanding of what and how they work.

I do not think those are in any .usr file. Most of, if not all, the choices made
in Options > Customize are stored in the App-Data/Usr/Profile.dbm file.
