It seems your colour settings (possibly in Windows) have changed on the
new computer. In Legacy you can change the colours by:
a. Click Design in the right side of the title bar and select Styles
(there are several standard style, choosing a different one may be all
you need.
b. Options > Change colours will let you change many of the colours
used, it will put you in a colour change mode where clicking on a part
of the screen will let you select what colour that portion uses. There
is a way on that screen to choose an alternate colour scheme, again
changing the main scheme may be all you need do.
