I have been working with Legacy since version 3.0. I have had computers not
wanting to start, files being corrupted or accidentally deleting a picture. If
you value your pics, and the hours you spent, backing up to the cloud or a
removable hard drive is a must. You realize that backing up to the computer you
are working on when the dog knocked the laptop onto the floor and now it won't
come on. In my opinion the cloud is the best because I have a drawer of nice
external hard drives that say there is a problem and the drive needs to be
reformatted. I have 32,000 pictures and I back up to both an SD card and to
Dropbox and the Legacy Cloud.

Within my Pictures folder I have a folder – named Legacy - where I place all my
photos and media associated with Legacy. Is it necessary then, to back up my
media into another file.
